WORST DENTAL OFFICE.................DO NO GO HERE. Apparently you can't given no star rating because that is what this place deserves . Horrible staff. My husband made an appointment and had his X-ray sent over from his last dentist he was then told that they were never received and that they didn't have any within the last 7 years. My husband then offer to call the old dentist office to obtain them of which the staffer called my husband a liar by stating the again that the office told them they did not have any in last 7 years. Stated she would call the old dentist office again and call my husband back of which she did to state that the x-rays had been received . We arrive Saturday morning to be put in a dental chair to take x-rays we ask what's going on they state that they don't have the x-rays and And the notes state that there aren't any in the last 7 years . We ask where the staff member was that told my husband over the phone that they had them and apparently she's out. My husband went on to explain to them a conversation that are taken place the day before. As we are leaving my husband continues to tell them about the bad experience hes had with a person over the phone and in the office as of which they are forcibly walking my husband to the door and telling him he needs to leave. So you wrong someone and they don't wanna hear the complaint and forcibly push you out the door. That is what type of business this is they are just out to steal your money. Completely on caring and unhelpful staff. Do yourself a favor tell your friends and family never go here .

Smiles on Sandy changed my view on dentistry. Before discovering this practice, I hated going to the dentist. Since I moved to Portland I was going to a chain store dental practice because I thought it was cheaper, which is definitely not the case, and I was treated as a number. In short, no one really cared. I love this practice because it is just the opposite, and they have the perfect combination of professionalism and familiarity that I enjoy –as much as one can enjoy going to the dentist. You can tell that Dr. Daby and his staff work hard in making the experience of going to the dentist not only bearable, but somewhat pleasant. They take time to talk to you and explain you everything you want to know; from medical procedures to financing. Overall, I encourage anyone to give them a try. You won’t be disappointed –and also, it’s a great way to support local businesses –if that is something you care about as I do.

My 8 year old son has never been a fan of going to the dentist, often refusing to go and always scared and anxious about the experience. In transferring insurance recently and looking for a new dental provider, I had really hoped we could find a fun, nurturing dental office. Dr Daby and his staff were incredible at our recent visit and I am so happy that my son not only approved, but said "I really liked it there". Thank you Smiles on Sandy for being so wonderful and understanding with my son, I am very grateful.

It's hard to say I LOVE going to the dentist, but at this place, I kinda do! Never have I dealt with such caring, funny, compassionate people at a dentist's office. They made the entire process ALMOST painless.... As painless as a root canal can be.... And were exceptionally kind to me. Not only have I recommended them to all of my friends and family, my picky boyfriend is already a new patient! If you hate the dentist but love sweet, fun people, then Smile On Sandy will make your day. Thanks, Dr. Daby!
