I would not recommend this place to anyone. Their hours do not match online when I have tried calling them. They also do not pick up their phones hardly ever. When they said that they could no longer take my insurance since it switched they bill me $200 for a visit. They didn’t call, just sent it through mail which takes a week or so. I have other insurance that they could have took to cover a portion of that bill and said they would call back, never did. I still ended up having to pay the full amount.

Love this place! Dr. Kent was able to fit in my filling despite some scheduling issues - my filling is flawless and practically invisible! My hygiene appointment was also great - after not having had a cleaning in around 9 years, they were able to descale my teeth with practically no pain - my mouth was smoothed, polished and ready to go, lol! Highly recommend.

I was in search for a oral surgeon to rid me of my achy broken nelegected tooth as well for a dentist that could help straighten my smile. So as everyone I turned directly to the web in hopes to find a 5 star local dentist in the area. Ok so I fell upon this place made my appt for a Friday evening at 2:45. But I've shldve know the signs from the time I agreed to come. 1st off I rvcd a confirmation email to confirm my visit and at least 4 texts and calls from out of town numbers to confirm my only my very 1st visit it got to the point I called office directly and advsd Tocia the rep that I was actually coming and I made her aware of the excessive notifications and long distance calls. Anywho when I arrived (15mins early as I was instructed) as normal I completed my 1st office visit paperwork and finally was escorted to dental chair 30 /45minutes later...well it was around 3:30.... Exrays were taken as I expected and finally met Dr. Kent mind you a very handsome tall dentist and kind. I explained to him my situation and he examine me and I thght the consultation went well.... another red flag in the end he prescribed me pain meds and told me to come bck for the procedure. I went to the receptionist station advsd her I needed to come bck for a 2nd visit not only was his schedule so inconvenient for me she wasn't able to accommodate me with one of his partners I reminded her of my co pay bc I d dnt want to just walk out I normally like paying my bills up front.... so all n all I left with no appt. I made the decision and immediately called bck and made my appt before the office closed in hopes my boss would approve my absence without me asking first well that ddnt happen so when my 1st confirmation call came through that next day which was a Saturday I cancelled the appt and called Monday morning to schedule a better time after I spoke with my supervisor at work. Tocia the receptionist answered we agreed on a time and I confirmed with her exactly what work would be done to me on that day she put me on hold bc she didn't know came back and from there the unprofessionalism spewed out of her lips her exact words were "Dr.Kent sd due to your multiple cancellations you will be charge an extra $25 dollars so please expect that at your next visit and please make sure you keep your appt".... Ok I only visited the office once and I scheduled a appt at 4 something on a friday evening and cancelled on a saturday (mind u the office is closed on weekends)... so I was very offended and felt like that was a bit harsh to a new client. Needless to say I will not use their services and I immediately went to plan b and called another reptecable surgeon in the area who accommodated my needs and I'm finally having achy tooth problems addressed and looking forward to having my cosmetic needs fulfilled. F.Y.I. the receptionist at your Norfolk office is somewhat clueless and her delivery is completely off to your clients. I expect to be respected and not threathen with extra fees after my 1st visit behind clearly was wrong information. No excuses for that kind of behavior. I'm only human...oh yea and I also emailed the office prior to this review but I'm very sure the receptionist never showed anyone my thghts ...guess I wasn't worthy of an apology.
