I would give this place more stars, however they have terrible customer service. They are quick to cancel an appointment if you dont "confirm" immediately- taking up to a month and a half to reschedule. They sent out the "confirmation" text message on a Thursday afternoon for a Monday appointment. The office was closed when i called on Friday to confirm. So, my Monday appointment (which I had been waiting a month to get in) was cancelled. The dentists are great- Front desk no so much. I would consider choosing another dentist. I know we are.

Do not go here! I thought they would be better than Koop smiles but they are worse. I had a 6:00 appt and arrived at 5:45. I ended up leaving at 730 after being told multiple times I was next. People that arrived after me were going in and leaving before me. So I finally got feed up and left! They are the absolute worst.

I love this dentist for my kids and my kids love it also. Their kid friendly and the waiting area is a great way to keep them busy while they wait. I love it and I recommend it anytime anyone asks me about a kids dentist I tell them I know a great one. Children's Dental World

This office makes kids feel excited about going to the dentist. Great for kids with special needs, they have multiple flat screen TV's & gaming consoles in the very tidy waiting roon, a big "reward" gumball machine for a prize after the visit, flat screen TV's on the ceilings with optional headphones to make the kids more comfortable while heaving their teeth cleaned. I thought my son with special needs would not be cooperative - but the staff and office made him so comfortable he easily took the X-ray's and scans on the first try! Our visit was comfortable, fun and easy. I especially liked the bit on "special language" in the office paperwork/policy describing how they refrain from using medical terms that may sound scary to kids. Tidy, clean office and waiting room. This was our first visit, but will definitely be returning. Very impressed! #1 spot for kids hesitant of the dentist, or for first time visits.

The staff was friendly and wonderful with my daughter. Office is beautiful. I'm satisfied with their service. Will be returning.
