I am a Richmond transplant and I love my childhood dentist which made it really hard to acknowledge that I needed to find a dentist in Richmond. That being said I consider myself beyond lucky to have Dr. Baicy as my new dentist!! Dr. Baicy and her entire staff are absolutely wonderful. I would recommend them to family, friends, everyone. In my opinion picking a dentist is the most important medical decision you can make.... even more so than your doctor. After diligently reading reviews I decided to try Dr. Baicy and I am continually happy to return. The teeth cleanings are top notch, the office environment is peaceful, and Shelly in the front is beyond accommodating. One of my favorite things about their office is that they really listen and are happy to answer any question you may have for them. I had recently experienced trauma to my front teeth and after telling me I didn't need any crowns or root canals (!) they ran through what I could expect as my mouth recovered from the trauma. Thanks and I'm looking forward to my next cleaning.

I've been coming to Dr. Baicy for a few years now and it has always been the best of experiences. Her and her staff are magnificently kind people that always greet you with smiles and the atmosphere is very comfortable and pleasant. Dr. Baicy and her assistants have made going to the dentist an enjoyable time, which says a LOT. They always take excellent care of me and my teeth and are honest and direct about what I need. There is no one else I'd rather have as my dentist than Dr. Baicy and no one I'd trust more with my teeth than her staff.

This is the best dental practice I have ever been too. They are super attentative, sweet and take great care of all your dental needs. They have a wonderful family vibe and always leave you with a dental package at the end of you 6month visit.

I loved my visit. My appointment started on time and didn’t last very long. The staff were very nice and informative about what they were doing throughout my appointment. I highly recommend this dentist office.

We recently switched offices and couldn't have been happier with our choice to go with Dr. Baicy. The hygienists are kind, fun to talk with and, most importantly, are informative and good at what they do. The secretary/office manager was great to work with setting up our appointments and we are actually looking forward to our dentist visits in six months!
