I just finished my treatment and have nothing but positive things to say about Dr. Gardner and Dr. Durham. I was 23 when I started my treatment and they never made me feel out of place for having to have braces later in life. The entire staff was always welcoming and warm during routine visits. Everyone truly enjoys what they do. I never had any scheduling issues and was always seen right on time. I would recommend Gardner Orthodontics to everyone in the Richmond area! It is so worth it and the two years flew by! Dr. Gardner and Dr. Durham are both extremely passionate about what they do and I am beyond happy with my results! This has been the most amazing experience and I could not imagine choosing another practice for my orthodontic care. Thank you!!!

Great place to go for orthodontic treatment! Dr. Durham is absolutely amazing. So nice and friendly to be around and truly cares about how I am doing every time I see her. She is a perfectionist when it comes to straightening teeth. Highly recommend this place.

I just finished my treatment in adult braces and I had a great experience. Drs Gardner and Sturgill took their time with me, answered all of my questions and let me know exactly what to expect after each appointment. The staff was super welcoming and friendly too! I would highly recommend this practice for your orthodontic needs.

I cannot in words even tell all of you how awesome you all are!! You are the apidamy of customer services and truly care about every patient as a person. I really don’t even know how to say thank you. Awesome staff at front, then back to Bobbie who is just an amazing and caring person who has a lot of knowledge. She was great in making sure I understood everything, and in trying to help make me feel better and get me out of pain. She truly was awesome and knows her stuff. Then the Dr came in and explained all my x-rays and what his recommendations were. He was truly amazing. I don’t have words to describe how awesome, thorough, and so knowledgeable, unbelievably caring, he was and was not stopping at nothing in order to help me feel better. He set me right up immediately with another Dr who spent a lot of time getting my night guard corrected (very timely and tedious) and he was so knowledge, thorough, and also was going to stop at nothing until he examined my bite over and over and adjusted my guard until it was right. The lady in the back that did impressions was outstanding also, took half the time to get an impression and I was shocked it was flavored and so easy. She did not walk away from me and had the impression in seconds. Prior in other places I would gag and couldn’t breathe and they would stick it in my mouth and walk away but she didn’t. She talked to me and stayed right with me. She was excellent! I really have never met an organization so caring from the second you walk in the door until you walk out. You guys need an award b/c you all are AWESOME!!! Let me know if there is a way I can let someone know how awesome you guys are, or if there is an organization I can nominate you guys for being the best of the best!!!! Thank you for everything and for helping me!!
