They were okay at best. I have anxiety about the dentist and finally went in more than four years after my last appointment. The hygienist was very pushy with his opinions (yes, your recommendations are sound, but I only need to hear them once). I ended up having some cavities and decided to take care of them due to having been told about them years back; also due to them insisting I'd need a root canal or more down the line if I didn't take care of them (despite no current issues). I never got an estimate of costs prior to service; I was in the chair, already numbed when I was brought the paperwork to sign. I paid on my way out the door, in tears from my anxiety. I was warned that one was so deep it might be sensitive and could possibly need a root canal anyway. After four weeks, I could not eat or drink hot OR cold things and needed painkillers to sleep at night. I made an appointment with a different practice and was advised I would need that root canal. All of this for a tooth that was not bothering me. Finally, when I booked that root canal, they tell me that my insurance has zero claims on file from Oley, even for the initial cleaning which was 2 months ago. I'm giving three stars because of the pushiness of the staff and disorganization regarding the paperwork; it makes me not want to go back (and I won't). I'd give more off for the pain, but I'll blame my own mouth for that.

If you like horrible customer service, long wait time, unfriendly staff from lady at the front desk, hygienist, AND the dentist...then this is your spot. Worst experience EVER!

I had a temporary bridge put in on Thursday by Dr Wilby and had some really rough areas but office was closed until Monday. I called at 8 am and spoke with Jean (the dental assistant) who as always was very helpful. Dr Wilby was out this week so she squeezed me in to see Dr Patel. (Very nice Dr) They fixed me up and now I can eat and am feeling better. Great people. I absolutely adore the assistant, she is as considerate and courteous as any human can possibly be and always is willing to listen and help. Dr Patel was very nice to help me out and I really appreciate it. She was a very nice and courteous Dentist. Very happy. I hope the staff realizes what a gem of an assistant they have at their office. What a fabulous person who extends herself beyond the call of duty. Love her to pieces...Thanks!
