Let me just say I LOVE MR. BYRD!!! Such an amazing orthodontist. Not only am I pleased with my teeth results, but the process was estimated at 18-24 months, and I was about to fully complete mines with 15 months. Granted I did everything they told me to do, but the professionalism displayed from his practice, and his staff was amazing. He took his time to be very personable with me and other patients in there. He builds professional and personal relationships with his clients. The dude is the real deal. I highly recommend him to ANYONE. PEACE

We love Dr. Byrd! He has transformed my son's mouth over the past 18 months. He and his staff are caring and knowledgeable and go out of their way to make every patient feel special and have the most enjoyable experience possible. The Polo Parkway office is nicely decorated, and there is plenty of seating for parents in both the waiting room and the treatment room. Additionally, they seem to always be running on schedule, and we rarely have to wait more that five minutes before my son's name is called. I highly recommend Dr. Byrd and his staff to anyone seeking an orthodontist in the Richmond area.

He has such a kind soul. He also asks about specific hobbies or events in my life that he can recall from past visits. He helped me with my under bite and allowed me not to have surgery on my jaw. He is the most down to earth gentleman. HIGHLY recommend.

Dr. Byrd and his staff are wonderful! They have taken care of my daughter with kindness and every visit is pleasant. The results we have seen have been amazing and I would recommend this practice for anyone in need of orthodontic work. Dr. Byrd will always find the best way to treat the situation. My dentist at the time was insisting she needed surgery to correct the issue, Dr. Byrd didn't jump on that idea and we are so happy she didn't have to go through that pain when it wasn't necessary. Her smile is beautiful and corrected for a life time of "pain free" smiles.

My son Andrew got his braces from Dr. Byrd. The whole process was great. Dr. Byrd is very upbeat, friendly and is ALWAYS in a good mood, even when the office is crazy busy. The kids love him and so do parents. His staff are efficient and friendly too. Thanks to Dr. Byrd and his staff, my son's smile is even and beautiful! I would highly recommend Dr. Byrd to anyone.
