Railey Hill Dental Family & Cosmetic Dental Center

Dr. Patel is an excellent Dentist. I never liked going to the Dentist before her but she made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. She is very approachable and down to earth. Now I am not shy to smile anymore after she made a beautiful Bridge for me. Thank you!

Dr. Patel helped me to change my fear about Dentist. She was gentle and pain free. She does excellent cosmetic work. I highly recommend her.

If I could give this place a negative 5 stars I absolutely would!! I worked here for about a week, totally not what I expected based on the interview! Rush rush rush rush rush the doctor wanted us to rush through everything we did!!!! I felt like I was working In a factory! I seen patients who'd been going there with ill fitted crowns and bridges all work performed by her! The doctor is extremely cheap and I thought this practice would be patient geared but overall I expected a busy, established practice to be what I was going into. I WAS WRONG!!! We had to reuse the same gloves on patients which is disgusting!!! My second day the lead assistant told me that "she doesn't like us talking," then the other assistant said the same thing!!! Both agreeing that they think she which is the doctor is paranoid and is afraid her staff is "talking about" her which is immature of a doctor in my eyes. I remember the lead assistant apologizing to us other staff members outside work one morning saying that the doctor doesn't want him talking to us and basically wants him to act as a robot would. She'd literally talk about you in your face to the other assistants! This again was a red flag! Another staff member who has been employed for 15 years says that "they" do nothing but cat fight (the doctor and her husband) which left me appalled!! She herself is seeking employment elsewhere. The environment in the office isn't very warm which trickled down to the way patients were acting in the office. I was disgusted with the vibes!! This review isn't to bash this office by any means but to give an honest review of what people may think is a great office. This doctor honestly is all about money and doesn't genuinely care about her patients in my opinion. Ive never been so glad to not work for an office in my life. My advice to any is to make sure that treatment rendered was in fact needed and to start being seen by an actual caring doctor. it makes perfect sense as to why they can't keep a fully booked schedule. Overall the staff is amazing but If you don't like a warm, friendly doctor then by all means go here.

Dr. Patel is the best Dentist that I have ever had. She is Patient friendly and has a lot of experience dealing with cosmetic dentistry. Recently she did an Implant Crown for me that turned out terrific. She has a clean, neat, nice office. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a kind, genuine and compassionate Dentist.

Very Pleasant Experience Dr. Patel is a Caring, Competent, Compassionate Dentist. I highly recommend her!
