My husband is a patient of Dr Ross. The dentist is amazing. However the lady at the front was not helpful and real short with my husband. He went in to schedule an appt days prior and gave the lady both of our dental cards to make copies of. But the day of his appt he explained again that we are covered under 2 different insurance companies for dental and she would not check our other insurance until a coworker asked after hearing my husband on the phone with his employer verifying that he is covered.

Great experience at Dr. Ross' office. Greeted with a big hello and very pleasant staff! Dr Ross is very thorough and explains procedures on terms you can understand. I visited another periodontist before Dr.Ross' office and this experience was night and day!
