Besides the dentist not being there when their suppose to, which lead me to reschedule twice in a row in one month . Kool Smiles is a great place to take your child, the employees are very sweet and friendly. Their work is great . My son’s first visit he was alittle afraid and uncomfortable. Until a employee by the name of Kyla came over and put a big smile on his face & on mine . I am very pleased with the way Kool smiles employees enteract with the children and parents . I wish I could say the same for the dentist but I never got a chance to meet him.

I have been going to Kool smiles for a while now and the last time I went with my two siblings a girl names Kyla who was very friendly explained everything to my little brother who is scared of the dentist, she made him laugh and was very professional. She also assisted my sister and I, and did a good job of explaining everything beforehand.

i went to my friends dentist appointment and she had this girl named kyla and i immediately noticed how genuine and nice she was! my friend then told me after her appointment she felt very comfortable after that visit! definitely recommend kool smiles! a very nice environment!

Dr. Nassif was extremely quick and helped calm my very nervous little one. Kyla Irizarry was just as helpful and very kind! Thank you!

When we first started we were in and out about a year in half ago. Know you come in its unorganized, no hello I'll be with you in a minute, no I'm sorry we are running 2 hours behind nothing. Appointment was at 2 left around 3:58 with no cleaning done tired of waiting and watching some of the dental assistants touching stuff with there gloves and then touching patient mouth unacceptable.
