I am someone who is typically afraid of dental procedures. Ballard Modern Dentistry has a staff that is so personable and kind, I felt so much more at ease. They were able to take care of me quickly when I had severe dental pain. Iâ€™ve never had such a great experience before.

I'm really happy with my experience here. My appointment started right on time and their equipment and procedures are a lot more advanced than the last place I went to. Dr. Ra is great, very friendly and personable. She explained everything she did, why, and what it meant for me, and I really felt like she cared about what was right for me and that I understood everything. Before I moved forward with a suggested cleaning she had the front desk folks talk to me, and they brought a breakdown of what the costs would be and what part my insurance would cover so I could make the decision easily. I also spoke to them about wisdom teeth removal for a future date, and they brought me a breakdown of those costs as well. Overall, impressed with the effort they make to make costs transparent to you, impressed with how everyone I interacted with seemed knowledgeable and confident, and impressed with how kind and relatable Dr. Ra was.

I can not recommend this practice enough. The staff is incredibly kind and empathetic and goes above and beyond to be accommodating. I value kindness and knowledge in a practitioner of any kind I choose, and this staff has both! Thank you for the positive experience!

Best experience with a dentist's office, ever. The hygienists are amazing, the dentists are amazing, everyone is extremely professional, and I can't recommend the place enough.

I've been terrified of seeing a dentist after my childhood and military experiences. I had a visit yesterday for an abscess where the tooth needed to be extracted. Dr. Esther Ra provided the most sincere and compassionate experience I have ever had. Things got tough because of my own bad habits, but she helped me over come my fears. Hopefully this will be a turn around for me, and my dental care as I feel I've finally found a dental office for me. Thank you!
