Wonderful and friendly staff. I'm very impressed with Dr Tracy's exceptional chair-side manor and his constant concern for his patients comfort. The quality of his work is exceptional in my opinion. He recently created upper and lower partials for me that fit so well after a few minor adjustments that I often forget they are in. I often forget to take them out at bedtime they are so comfortable. One visit and you will never 'fear' a dental visit again.

Excellent and friendly service. I have gone to Doc Tracy for twenty years. They have always supported me; through braces, changing or lack of insurance, receding gums, the staff is amazing, and they're super flexible to boot!

I was referred to Dr. Tracy by a coworker whom had been seeing this clinic for years. I had just moved to the Seattle area and had no idea where to go. Dr. Tracy and his staff are super friendly, down-to-earth and straight forward. I have been to many other clinics where I felt pressured and misinformed of my oral health. After my first visit, it was clear that Dr. Tracy and his staff truly care about my oral health and offered up many solutions and ideas to improve my oral health. I highly recommend Dr. Tracy and his staff to anyone who is looking for no frills, gimics, hidden costs and undue pressure!!!

I've gone to the same dentist since I was born... (With an exception of 1 check up when I lived in California a year ago. Never had any issues) After moving far away from my childhood dentist (Dr. Perkins) I decided to get a referral to a new dentist. This dentist happened to be Dr. Tracy. I felt confident coming to him as my previous Dentist knew him for 45 years. I arrived for my 6 month cleaning.. Mind you I have never had any issues with my teeth and never missed a 6 month cleaning. I'm told by my hygienist that my gums are badly receding and I could need an intense cleaning of my gums... Never had I been warned about this before. Also, I've never had someone clean my teeth this aggressively. My gums were bleeding and sore for days after. In addition they took some x-rays and found something on 1 tooth. Never told me what it was if it was a cavity or not. Just told me it needed to be fixed and I needed to make an urgent appointment that next week. I said ok because at this point I trusted them and just thought my mouth was falling apart... I made this urgent appointment for that next week to get my tooth fixed. They also wanted me to make an appointment for four weeks out to check up on my gums if they were better. So I made both appointments. I had to leave work early and go in for my 'urgent' appointment. I get in hang out in the waiting room and get called back. I sit down in a different hygienists chair with a different hygienist which I thought was odd... She says "alright looks like you're here for a gum checkup" I promptly said "No. I'm here for a filling of some sort as I was told to get my tooth urgently fixed". She said "No. Our system shows gum check up" anyways it turned into this huge ordeal and NOBODY remember that one week ago they told me I needed to make this urgent appointment. Not Dr. Tracy, not the hygienist and not the receptionist. Turned out that the receptionist had put it in their computer system wrong and my time had been completely wasted. They did a gum check up and it was all very weird and rushed. Finally Dr. Tracy came back and said "Ok. We weren't prepared to do your procedure today but since you're here I'll have our tech finish up and start some anesthesia on you and we will get this done for you." By this time it was after 5pm and I'd been there for 45min. They were closing soon and about to do a 'rushed' procedure on my mouth... NO THANKS! I declined and was extremely upset and left. I already HATE anything done to my mouth outside a routine cleaning so this was freaking me out. Best part... I called my dentist of over 20 years and asked them to look at my x-rays from Dr. Tracy. 10min later Dr. Perkins office calls me back and Tina (receptionist) tells me Dr. Perkins saw what Dr. Tracy was talking about but it was nothing he would urgently tend to. Tina told me just to stop by whenever I am in town and they will do a quick check up and make sure I'm all good. I've now completely stopped going to Dr. Tracy after multiple bad experiences and made my six month check up with my trusted dentist. It may be an I convince to take time off work and take a ferry but it's well worth it for peace of mind and someone I can trust. Stay away... I've never had such a bad experience with a dentist before.
