Wait wasn't too bad, but took almost three months to get an appointment. Plus orthodontist said to come back Mon(week later), and the front desk couldn't make an appointment. Litteraly said they didn't know how and I should call in a week or two to make one(far past Monday). They also couldn't book a dentist appointment because they didn't currently have a dentist on staff... (Um huh?!?!?). But come back soon and get braces put on. No, I'll find a new place to start over after 3 months of waiting for this appointment. Really upset that I wasted 3 months waiting for this appointment.

Ok here’s the deal, Dr Schrack was great, pulled teeth did a professional and accommodating job, even played Bob Marley for me. He’s wonderful, the THE FRONT DESK STAFF THAT is the problem. Here are my reasons why: - After calling THREE days in a row post surgery, warning them my pain meds will be running out soon and that I will need a refill (the pain was so high I couldn’t function for 4 days post teeth removal). They kept saying “ok we will email the Dr,” “we will let the Dr know” etc etc, I heard NOTHING BACK. After my meds ran out I was in such extreme pain that i had to go to the ER wait several hours in the middle of the night to get a refill from the ER Dr. and wasn’t home til 3AM. It was a terrible night and no one should have to go through such a preventable ordeal. Though I’m sure I’m not the only one :*( - I should have guessed they were disorganized when before my surgery, the front desk gal couldn’t even handle confirming my appointment time... After I confirmed to a real, live front desk woman TWICE that I would be at my (much needed) wisdom teeth removal, i showed up and she had taken me OFF THE SCHEDULE, saying I didn’t confirm and that I don’t have an appointment. After waiting three months to get that one appointment I was furious. Thankfully, the Dr was sitting right there and he was able to bring me back and perform the surgery (albeit in haste). I never leave reviews either so this is saying something. The front desk staff need to be replaced or trained better or something. Sorry ladies but there are many more organized people in this world that want your job, start acting like it.

I have huge phobia of Dental work and the pain today I had 3 teeth removed and it took only 40 minutes! They gave me nitrous oxide and sunglasses to help calm me also gave me an off work order the Doctor and his Assistant were amazing I would totally recommend them to everyone. And if you have kids amazing waiting room has video games and a giant boat for kids to play on and like a 70 inch TV on wall with two theater benches and kid movie playing also games on the walls. Thanks DR. Donald Schrack!!

My experience Here was great. I recommend DR Schrack to anyone that needs dental extraction. I have told all my friends who need dental extractions about him. I was very afraid of extracting my wisdom teeth because of all the things I’ve heard, like nerve damage. But Dr Schrack informed me of anything that can occur and made sure I was comfortable about the surgery as well as during the surgery. He was very kind and caring and so was Jennifer, his dental assistant, they made sure I was comfortable and doing well, they both know what they are doing and are great at their jobs. We need more dentist like him, I have never in my past had good experience at the dentist. Also He extracted my teeth in one piece which I am very very thankful of.👍🏻👌🏻 This place is defiantly a 5+ star because of his work.

I had a great experience with my dental extraction, if such a thing could be a great experience. Dr. Schrack, the oral surgeon, was very funny, kind, informative, and made sure I was comfortable, and understood the risks and benefits of the procedure. He got my tooth out in one piece, which wasn't what was expected due to the problem with the tooth. He asked me repeatedly how I was doing and if I was comfortable and numb! He is easy to talk to and really cares, you can tell with how he talks on your level, not like he's better than you!!! I would and will refer my friends and family to get their oral surgery at Apple Valley Dental, in Seattle, with Dr Schrack!!!
