Dr. Bryan Brenner, DDS

It is rare that I feel strongly enough about a business or a professional to leave a review, but I feel I have to do so here. In short, Dr. Brenner told me I needed somewhere in the neighborhood 12 fillings for around $4,000 (i did not have good dental insurance), when, in fact, I did not have a single cavity--information I obtained from multiple subsequent dentists I visited when I could not believe Dr. Brenner's diagnosis. To elaborate, I saw Dr. Brenner about 2.5 years ago as a new patient. He informed me after my check-up that I had MANY cavities that would need to be filled. Having never had a cavity in my life, I was both surprised and horrified. Because it seemed unlikely to me that I went from no cavities, to having a mouth full of rotten teeth, I sought additional opinions--plural. The next dentist I saw told me that, because I had just had dental x-rays done at Brenner's office, I could have them transferred so as not to pay for them again. Upon seeing the x-rays taken at Brenner's office, the second dentist said the x-rays were too unclear to make a diagnosis, and she would not be comfortable doing so. I had to pay for another set. At that point I took a break from dental expenses and decided to enroll in dental insurance so in the case that Dr. Brenner was correct, I wouldn't pay upwards of 4K out of pocket. I just returned from seeing yet another dentist, who informed I had not a single cavity, and he could not believe my prior dentist had told me I needed the whole left side of my mouth filled. "Who told you you have cavities?" He asked in a state of disbelief. Needless to say, I am really happy that I didn't shell out $4,000 to have multiple teeth needlessly drilled--or pulled, which was his other suggestion. Unbelievable. Billing seemed to be the motivator there. But hey, how else is a dentist supposed to afford his second location?

Kindness and compassion every step of the dental process. Thank you Dr. Lem, Sandy and all the great staff for making me comfortable, and setting my mind at ease during the cavity filling process. I am very nervous in the dental chair and you all made it a pain-free and smooth process. I really appreciate your patience, gentleness and expertise. I highly recommend Brenner Dental!

I recommend Dr Brenner & Team! Dr Brenner is calm and personable, and very knowledgeable. He has lots of healthy information but presented in a way that is not scary or daunting. His office features the most up-to-date technology, including very cool digital xrays. I bring my sons here too, and they love it because it's such a positive and friendly environment! The kids even get to pick from the treasure chest once the appointment is finished. I can't say enough about Dr Brenner & his staff, they are beyond exceptional!

So nice, and detailed, with little to no discomfort. Dr. Brenner's practice gets A+ all the way around. You can tell they love the work they do. Stop what your doing, and go here now. They really care about their patients. Love them.

One of the best experiences that I had in a dental office, very friendly, patient and knowledgeable personel, detail examination, answered all of my questions, discussed with me next steps... overall experience as you are with friends and family you know forever...very relaxing atmosfere that we need in a dental office.
