Speaking for both my experience and my girlfriend's experience this place is lacking in professionalism. She was literally on the operating table before they could figure out that her insurance wouldn't cover the procedure. My bill got sent to collections even though I was refuting the bill over my wisdom teeth being called / charged for being "impacted" even though all 4 were fully exposed. I will never give this place a good reference. Don't get your teeth done here.

HORRIFIC business. Dental Surgeon Christopher Meyers was excellent, although he seemed to push post-surgical opiate analgesia a bit, but the business was poorly and inefficiently run. Very difficult to get a live person to answer call for appointments, answer questions about anything, even for their billing department (mailing address is in Minnesota). Even my insurance company informed me that they had trouble talking to a live person in their billing department here. My experience with them had to do with an insurance mismatch with payments received. Eventually straightened out after MONTHS of trying to speak with anyone live over there. The person eventually answering phone seemed to be responsible for local billing, scheduling, and managing. (Now THAT's efficient for patients!!) Finally, they resorted to sending me a threatening letter instead of courteously answering phone and abiding by what they verbally promised. Exasperating. My advice is to avoid this place at all costs! Find a dental surgeon at a different practice if possible. Complain to your primary care dentist and your insurance company if this is the only dog & pony show allowed. Note, I am a health care provider in family medicine, and am sensitive to the clinical, administrative and financial issues effecting clinics. This is NOT a sustainable model of any type of clinical practice.

was originally referred by my dental office. called first to set up consultation and see if they accepted my insurance, anthem blue cross blue shield. over the phone they said yes we do and set up my appointment. at the appointment, they take my insurance information and give me an estimate of what i might pay out of pocket. then surgery day comes and they tell me that they do not accept anthem insurance and that i owe over $1500 before the surgery can begin. i pay them their money and move on. as i am recovering one of my wounds becomes infected and i have to return to this location to have it cleaned out. The people behind the desk are being very loud, swearing at each other and talking smack about their patients in the waiting area. very unprofessional. 6 months later i get a letter saying my account is in collections. they have been sending statements to an address which i did not provide to them. they would like me to pay another $800 toward their service that happened over 6 months ago. they offered no financial help over the phone, other than that i could have an extra month to pay off the balance. very painful, from beginning to end, and it is still not over yet although my mouth is healed. would not recommend this company to any one.

This place is hot garbage, avoid it at all costs. There's better dental offices near by.

Dr. Meyers extracted my wisdom teeth. Him and his assistant were hilarious and made the whole appointment very laid back, fast, and painless. I even asked "That's it?" After he had pulled them. I will definitely be recommending him to friends and family.
