Chantel is amazing I'm so in love with my new cut and color. Thanks girl for not stealing my length!! I recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality care for an affordable price.

Love going to the shop. Great PR and always happy the way my hair is done.

I completely felt like this hair stylist knew what she was doing. I have naturally black, curly, thick and long hair. She had to first detangle and straighten my hair before cutting it, and all that for $15! This place is the perfect example to not judge a service based on how her place looks or how much she charges. Her skill and service is just as good as any other overpriced, posh-looking places.

This rating has nothing to do with the hairstylists' ability to do hair. They cut hair just fine. My reasoning for giving them 1 star is due to their incompetence when it comes to how they treat their clients and run a business. As the client, it should not be my responsibility to hunt someone down just to make a simple appointment. I reached out to them 4 times--3 phone calls (3 voicemails) and finally 1 not-so-nice text out of frustration. When Tammy finally got back to me, I received no apology and a terrible explanation for why no one has gotten back to me. I received a simple "I have a new number cause this phone is awful. The number is...". 1. The number Tammy answered me on is the number that is STILL listed on Google for all her clients to see. 2. Does that mean she's been ignoring all of her customers who have been attempting to make appointments for the past MONTH or am I just the lucky one? 3. That proves that they have been receiving my messages this entire time and they were just too unprofessional to text "hey, I got a new number. Please call me on it so we can assist you!" Or perhaps she should have changed her voicemail explaining her current situation with the updated number. Clearly these people didn't value my business as much as they should have. They can have the best hairstylists in the world working for them, but their poor business skills and unprofessionalism is the reason why I am choosing to take my business elsewhere.
