Given up on this place. Been a loyal customer since they opened but the level of service (usually hit and miss) has been sadly lacking the last few visits. Last visit I left after waiting 50 minutes. There were no customers ahead of me. And I was told 20 minutes. But 30 minutes after that and he looked no closer to being finished and deeply immersed in mind numbing conversation with what appeared a simple hair cut. No acknowledgement - just a lot of conversation with the occasional snip. I won't be back. I usually tip 50% or better. But consider this customer (and family) lost.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE- we have taken our sons here twice AND WILL NEVER go back. Their stylists are NOT professional. They do not listen to the paying customers when they explain the "type" of cut and just how much to trim. These workers seem to just come off the streets. Both times we have left with our sons hair cut SO SHORT- with no apology given and no offer for money back or next cut free. They screw up the hair of children and act like it's not their fault. NOW my son has a lopsided (as in not straight) front hair line CUT ALL THE WAY UP TO HIS SCALP. UNACCEPTABLE. I called to complain and the "acting supervisor" tonight 11/24/17 Deb or Deborah acted like "what do you want me to do about it- duh". PEOPLE GO ELSEWHERE
