The worst haircut I've ever had. I asked Kelly to cut 2 to 3 inches off the bottom and put in a few long layers. Half way through the cut I even asked her why she was cutting off so much of my hair. She said "it's really out of shape." What shape was she going for you might ask? Turns out very thin and choppy at the bottom and uneven all over. My husband came home and said "it will grow back." In 31 years he's never said anything but "it looks nice" or "that's so pretty on you." This is the first time I've ever given such a negative review and I'm not happy to do it. This is someone's business and Kelly's job. I just think that if I had read a post like this, I wouldn't have gone there or used her. If you like to let others make decisions about your hair, and how it will look, then this may be a perfect fit for you. If you want your hair to look a certain way, then go somewhere else.

Horrible treatment from the woman behind the desk. She was rude and I will never go back.

My mom has been coming here for a while now just to get her hair cut and almost always comes home satisfied with the result, so I figured I'd try it for myself when I wanted to get my hair highlighted, balayaged and cut. Kelly was very rude from the second I sat down, asked me once what I wanted and only slightly glanced at the photo I showed her. Since it was pretty different from what I had at the time, I was shocked when she barely even looked at the photo but figured she was a pro so she knew what she was doing. She proceeded to tell me throughout the entire appointment how awful my hair was, she repeated it at least 10 times. I just kind of sat there awkwardly because I'm already self conscious about my hair, and was extra uncomfortable in such a new situation. I rarely change my hair so much, and was mortified that she kept insulting me in such a way. The receptionist even chimed in one of the times, agreeing with her. In the end, my hair was not what I had requested. All she said about it was "yeah you're not getting the color you wanted." At the very end. Really?? So unprofessional, and to top it off it costed me $215 including the tip. Now I know these things are expensive, however after I got back home, I saw the same thing priced at $59 at another place near by. I was disappointed, and will never go there again.

Nancy is the best. I go to her every time. She makes sure your hair is perfect no matter how long it takes.
