Horrible with scheduling and accommodating customers' appointments. One staff named Charlie was VERY RUDE and UNPROFFESIONAL. I decided not to return after dealing with such poor service from her. If you do decide to use this salon I would recommend requesting appointments with Asia only. She did a great job styling my hair and had a pleasant attitude.

Asha did an amazing job with my hair! I definitely recommend her.

the prices are crazy, you make people pay extra for 3 bundles knowing 2 isn't enough. then you have a horrible staff i have had this in for 2 weeks and my braids are coming apart and the track came out . also i made an appointment and i came 30- min early and i was seated a hour after my appointment. i would never go there again and i will advice people to never go there. if i could vote no stars i would.

This might just be the worst hair salon ever. The staff is not very friendly, and one of the ladies kept giving me dirty looks. My hair was perfectly fine I just went in for a weave retouch a simple wash & condition and a retighting of any loose tracks. They had the guy that was working the front desk wash and condition my hair and it was in a huge knot after! I then had to condition and brush it myself! The lady who straightened it for me did a good job, but I definetly will never be going to this place ever again.

My experience was great. Their stylist are very welcoming and the atmosphere is awesome. Their service is also top notch. You can talk to your stylist about anything, no one judges and they'll even give you advice. If you want great service and a good quality hair, this is the place.
