Quite good. Gina and Valerie are the best. I only go here because of these two. Boom!

Every time I come to this place even if I check in online who knows how long you have to wait. You can be waiting for 30 min and checked in online and the hairdressers will take some one who just walked in. On top of that there is a worry if the hairdresser will cut hair properly. I would rather go to a better place and pay more than have poor service. I would not recommend this service.

I used to be a fan. Quick, reasonable cost and friendly service. Over the last couple of months they have gone downhill. Online checking is useless. They are completely disorganized and the service is terrible

Do not let the Indian lady cut your hair! You'll be there forever and she'll make your hair look like the top of a pineapple! I had a really good experience with another stylist there that I came back for a second time. There were two stylists there the second time. One was busy, so I went with the Indian lady. She spent so much time snipping a little here and there. By the end of it, my hair did not look uniformed at all. Not only did she do a bad job, she tried to get me to pay her more tip! Update: Third time's a charm. Another stylist cut my hair today. She did a really good job. I like my haircut. However, she also nicked my ear with the clipper. Hey, at least she didn't try to get me to pay her a 30% tip. Sigh, how low my expectations of this place has become. I'm just going to go back to my childhood stylist in NYC next time.
