Michelle was very kind and booked me last minute. She did a great job cutting and styling my hair. I would highly recommend.

I've always been a "why would I spend more than 12 bucks on a haircut" guy..., not anymore. Richard hooked me up, even though I probably looked like an idiot walking in there. Fish out of water, nervous I would break something, didn't know the process, etc.. What a great experience. I think I'm now a salon guy, hope I can pull it off :-) GW2

I wish I could give a zero star, I walked in excited to change my hair color. Michelle asked me for the color I wanted and I showed her the picture, I then asked how much she was gonna charge me she said $60. After the hair was done which is not even the color I wanted she charges me $135. I didn’t have that money for I budgeted for what she told me. I live upstairs of the salon I told her to wait so I can go get my card to pay when I was coming back she locked the door on me and started shouting at me that I was disrespectful!. Lol seriously, I asked for honey blonde not washed out blonde and at a price of $60 dollars you told me. This messed up my whole day! I like a proper communication when it comes to money and business when you tell me $60 it’s $60, I’m just not going to pay $135 for something we didn’t agree on in the first place.

Nothing worse than moving to a new area and trying to find a great hairstylist! I was so thankful to find Michelle at Swank Salon! She did an amazing job with my color correction and blowout. Thank you Michelle!! Love my hair!
