Eh. They got my hair straight? I’ve had better blow outs elsewhere. It was frizzy and not at all sleek, but they’re consistent: this was my second time with the same result. Probably won’t come back. The staff is friendly! They just might not be the best experienced?

I love my blowout. The stylist did a great job. Upon checkout with the receptionist I paid for my blowout with cash, left a tip for the stylist in cash, and went about my day. However, the next morning, I noticed that the credit card I have on file with drybar was charged for the blowout and tip I paid for with cash the day before. In my past experiences at drybar, upon checking out with the receptionist, I've always been asked how I would like to pay for my blowout and if I am paying with a credit card they always ask to see it. So it is very disturbing that my card was charged and I never presented it to the receptionist to run. When I called to inquire about the charge on my credit card, I was told that drybar will look into it and contact me in 24-48 hours to let me know if the money will be refunded. This is not acceptable. Needless to say, I will no longer patronize drybar.

I have really Course Hair curly/ kinky hair and I haven't given the best attention to my hair in months. This wonderful young lady tackled my hair and did it so wonderfully. Though I was scared of a non african american to try my hair. She truly made my day. I felt bad she had to take much longer on my hair than the straight hair clients but she left her signature still and was so kind about the process. I looked a Hot mess when I walked in and came out with my hair looking just as glamorous as the Caucasian Ladies sitting on each side. I probably couldn't tip as much as the women who were next to me but I'd gave more than I've given in a while. That Wonderful feeling when you can walk in a Salon and they don't up charge you cause your hair is course and.. know how to do it so well...is such a wonderful feeling. God bless you Dry Bar. I will returning. 💛💛💛🌸

This particular Drybar location is quite spacious, but can feel a bit hectic. Otherwise, a great blowout with consistent results no matter the staff member.

I always feel like family when I visit. I love the team and the magic they work on my tresses.
