I went to get a haircut to get some shaping. My hair expirenced and fine. It was just barely touching my shoulders. I showed Tammy the stylist who was going to cut my hair what I was kinda looking for. I explained that I wanted to keep as much length as I could. I did not want my hair butchered. I wasn't looking for more than a trim. She did not do a well enough job during her consultation to clarify my needs ands desires. She first took my fringe and pulled it over to a broken oven piece of hair and used that for her guide. Then she attempted round layers that were way over directed. My front 2 quads of my hair meaning from the ears forward are about 1.5 inches shorter than the back. I told her to stop. I got up and walked out after about 7 minutes of questioning. Pay for what you get. I am licensed cosmetologist and I should have known better. Shame on me.

The stylist, Seema cut my hair today. She did a great job! Will be going back to have her cut it again.

They are nearby so convenient and everyone is friendly. Mostly satisfied but often I bring in a picture and they rarely follow the pic. They just do their own thing. I'd like someone to try a little harder at getting it like the picture.

Do NOT let them bleach. Strongly advise elsewhere if you are looking to go down that path. For they can only do basic cuts if your looking for a trim.. Overall the customer's inquire is last on their list.. definitely feel robbed.
