I was a hopeful first-time home-buyer when I contacted First Class Mortgage. While I had done some homework, it was made clear very quickly why it is important to have a good mortgage team on your side. Working with Casey Van Winkle, he helped us think short-and-long term. What will our financial situation look upon purchasing, after one year, five years, etc.? Going through the likely life stages was incredibly helpful in setting expectations for what price range we should look for. Casey also helped us best determine the % to put down that would benefit us the most. These examples among others helped immensely in setting us up for success then and years down the road. I have known many people whose home buying process has been a mess for a myriad of reasons. Working with Casey and First Class Mortgage was beyond seamless. Refinanced my VA loan through First Class Mortgage. Casey and Bobbi were friendly and really made the process easy and smooth. Most of the paperwork was able to be uploaded online securely, and initial forms could be signed online using digital signatures. They were also able to get me a better rate than USAA. The closing went really quickly and smoothly. I would recommend First Class Mortgage again.
