Maurice is God-sent to us. We learned of him from our good friend and sister-in-Christ Linda S. Our daughter and her husband needed a mortgage for their first home. Hence their funds is not even close to ideal, their case was very difficult and complicated, BUT MAURICE MADE IT POSSIBLE for their dreams to be achievable. He worked all his “magic” to help them. He exhausted his resources in order to make their experience smoother despite many ups and downs. He cared. He even helped with the emotional and spiritual aspects which eased up the anxieties that came with the process. Way to go Maurice! Keep up the good work! God bless and we thank you from the bottom of our hearts FOR making my daughter’s and son-in-law’s family’s dream possible.

Similar to the review below, except I'm a long time “family friend”. Chris had provided me with advice in the past and completed a couple mortgages for myself along the years. The unfortunate part like others have mentioned is he promises the world and states he’ll always be there to “service” your file. When it comes to the time, Chris is no where to be found. Doesn’t answer phones calls. Text messages. Emails. Even after sending many referrals his way, others shared the experience as myself. Unfortunately from what I’ve gathered is he’s there for the “sale” and a ghost when it comes time to service. Over all he does what’s best for himself instead of his client. Long story short is told get sold by his “advice” he’s not there for you!

The inflation around real estate has been on the rise, adding heightened levels of anxiety for young couples/families who are looking to settle down and buy a home.
