I've dealt with banks that were worse. But there's much that they could do to improve there customer satisfaction... I don't like the way they choose to process my transactions. Repeatedly, I've noticed, when my acct. is very low, that they'll deduct the larger transactions first, & then deduct the smaller ones. With no regard to the sequence in which they occurred. The result being that the larger deductions eat up the remaining balance, then the smaller trans. each receive an overdraft fee. Im very careful about how I use my card. I know when I'm going to exceeded my bal. But when I do it I make sure it's going to be worth the cost of the overdraft fee. But b/c of the method that they've chosen to use I'll end up with not 1 O/D fee, but 2, 3, or the record to date 10 in one month. And most of the transactions that I incurred O/D fees for were for $10 or less. All I ask is that they w/d transactions in the order that they were made. A $37.50 fee is unreasonable for an O/D of les than $2. Am I alone here?.... I would like to add that the customer service I've received has almost always been above reproach. The staff has always been friendly, helpful, & efficient. And I'd like to thank them for that.
