This branch wouldn’t open a joint account for me and my husband because he also holds Syrian nationality. I’m absolutely furious, the staff were completely offensive and I can’t believe the interaction actually happened. The last time I visited they also refused to accept my UK driving license as ID but would accept my university card printed in Roberts Library. They don’t seem to like business from people not born in Canada.

Absolutely horrific. I cannot recommend anyone coming here. Service is horrible, wait times are hideous and the manager is rude beyond all measure.

This branch is one of the worst HSBC Branches in GTA. Many times I’ve been misinformed about products and services by the assistant managers in this branch that has resulted wasting my money & time. I do not usually write reviews, but my experience in the last 7 years with this branch has been such a disaster that I can’t ignore it.

I use their ATM to access my credit union account.

I came to this branch after another location failed to close my bank account. The branch manager called me "sarcastic" after I described years of negative experiences with HSBC.
