Financing our mortgage with Teresa was a fairly seamless process. She was a fun and personable broker to work with, and also one who was very professional and attentive to our needs, as home buyers. She was responsive and prompt, she stepped in and did any trouble shooting at every step of the way, as it was needed. She worked with a very tight timeline, demonstrating both knowledge and flexibility, and she made sure we would be able to come up with the right financing before our dream house would go off the market. I would recommend her in a heart beat to anyone who is looking for an experienced and knowledgeable mortgage broker!

Teresa, Thank you for making our refinancing such an easy and stress (almost) free process. You were on top of each step and just made it seem so easy to get you what you needed and things just worked out. When I need a loan again, I will definitely request to work with you. Sincerely, Lori Twait

Teresa took over mid-refi from another lender and seamlessly transitioned us into a better situation. She was patient and informative with our options. She worked to help us lower our long term debt and get the most out of the process. It was a laid back process.

Being a first time home buyer Teresa was extremely helpful explaining the whole process to me. She was always prompt and thorough in her responses. Looking back I would say one of her strongest attributes as a lender was that she was always available. With houses sometimes only being on the market for a day, time is everything. She would have a pre-qual letter to me in the blink of an eye. I even had phone conversations regarding a house offer while she was up north for the 4th of July holiday. I hope she is retired on a beach somewhere the next time I am in the market for a house. But, I would 100% use her again and would recommend her to anyone looking to finance a house.
