Pretty nice location and I have never had issues here. Met the manager twice and was helped both times. Only reason it's 4 stars is a few times they only had 1 teller working and the line was too long.

Staff is always helpful at this location. Lines are not bad, and ATM is 24 hrs. Great if you live in Uptown. Not sure where all the hate in some of the other reviews comes from.

Went in today at 12:30 to deposit $10,000 into a CD and was told to "just take a seat" by the manager. 15 minutes later he finally gets around to helping me. Talking to himself and fumbling through documents, he misquotes the interest rate twice, then leaves for another 10 minutes (later saying he called his branch manager). Trying to proceed with the CD he starts coming across error messages on his computer and looks generally confused as to what he's trying to accomplish. I jokingly suggest should I come back Monday to see if someone knows what they're doing then, and he says yes someone can help me then. This was the manager on duty. I think I'll trust my money elsewhere.

I have been going to this location for a few years now. The people working here are nice and helpful. I haven't had any problems.

Woke up early Sunday morning to deposit my paycheck. I realize banks are closed on Sundays, but my check sat in their ATM for all of Monday and still is not processed. Customer service was condescending and unapologetic. Never experienced this in 15 years with a major bank. It's also exceedingly difficult to find a TCF ATM in Minneapolis. Will be switching to Wells Fargo, as I still do not have access to my own money.
