This bank has the worst customer service of any bank I have ever entered in my life, and I do not state that lightly. I went into the bank to cash bonds and open an account, the middle aged black woman at the counter was rude and very unhelpful. She would not provide worthwhile answers to questions and would not provide her name or managers name when asked. I would never recommend this bank and especially this branch to my worst enemy. I felt descriminated and looked down upon. It is a surprise to me that anyone would go to this bank at all.

Losing the best teller they ever had this Friday. Unfortunately it’s a revolving door and anyone that’s good leaves.

Unbelievably bad service. Not the fault of the tellers, they try their best. But this is a branch that never opens on time, that you never see the same teller's face at (probably because they all quit after a week), and that any request is responded to with a blank stare. I've been banking with PNC for a long time but really, I try to avoid this branch at all costs.
