I went to Nash jewellers to purchase a watch for my husband’s birthday and I have to say the experience was far from enjoyable. First, when I picked out the watch that I wanted, the lady serving me tried to convince me that the obvious wear marks on the wristband were not a big deal. It was only after I asked if a new one could be ordered in did she offer this was a possibility. It was almost as if she was trying to get me to buy the display. If I’m spending that much money on a luxury item I certainly wouldn’t want one that looks so worn, let alone give it to my husband as a gift! Second, once I finally did get the watch, it was defective. Thankfully, they offered to order a new watch in for me, and said I should receive a call within 1-2 days to update me on the status. I did not receive a call and eventually had to call in myself 5 days later. When I did, they told me that my watch was in fact in the store and ready to pick up. Why didn’t anyone call? Why did I have to do the follow up? And finally when I went back to the store to pick up the watch, there was no apology for the inconvenience, let alone any mention of the inconvenience and no attempt to improve my experience at all. 3 times in the last 2 weeks I’ve been in to Nash jewellers- I was never once offered a refreshment as others have been saying they were, and no one remembered the particulars of my circumstance. I was a stranger all three times, and sorry to say I will remain one now. I will not be bringing my business back to Nash in future after this experience.

The best jewellery store I have ever been in. The service is amazing. I was offered coffee and tea right away. The owner is the nicest person ever. I always recommend this store to anyone interested in buying jewellery.

I want to politely share my opinion that your radio advertisements may be working against you. That is, if there are any number of people who feel the same as I do. With all due respect, I hear your radio ads often at work and I find myself thinking that they come across excessively pretentious and elitist. If you are trying to market your business only to some kind of crusty upper-class elitist base of consumers then it might serve you well to continue giving mini-lectures on your family history and its golf legacy and bragging about all the awards you have received. On the other hand, if you want to market yourself to a broader consumer base, then perhaps aiming to create an image of a non-pretentious, locally-owned, family-run, friendly neighbourhood jeweler would serve you better. Indeed, that message is already present in your advertising, but it is obscured by elitism and self-congratulatory overtones.

Had a lovely experience this Saturday at Nash Jewelers. My friend and I were greeted and offered coffee(delicious) and waited on attentively by the staff. My purchase was gift wrapped beautifully and I know my mom will love it. Great customer service and excellent selection!! 10/10!! Highly recommend.

Amazing experience here. Was very happy with Richard - he did a great job making the transaction incredibly smooth. Colin and the team were also very kind and friendly, and I hope to buy another watch from here again! 5 Stars no questions asked.
