I had great experience here with a custom engagement ring The jeweler was honest and professional The delivery was on time He was able to generate a slightly modified CAD design of a floating ring

We did not have a pleasant experience ordering a custom engagement ring from Rads. When I tried to point out some mistakes they made in the design of the ring the owner became incredibly aggressive and rude towards me. His own son told him to relax but he still ended up cancelling my order for the engagement ring. The owner later told my Fiance that this happened because he was having a bad day. I would not recommend Rads Jewellery for custom work because of their lack of attention to detail and terrible customer service.

My brother got his engagement ring here and suggested I do the same when it was my turn to take the plunge. I went to see Mohammad to help pick out what I wanted. I had already done my homework, but he still took the time to explain to me the in and outs of the diamond world which can be a lot at first. I was able to select a beautiful band and most importantly a great diamond. I truly priced EVERYWHERE and I this was absolutely the best price for the spec of diamond that I got. My now fiance loves her ring. The price is exceptional, the service is amazing, and the quality and workmanship is extremely high end. Highly recommend Rad Jewellery and looking forward to going back.
