I had our engagement ring and wedding bands made here. The quality of the craftsmanship and artistry is top-notch, and so is the customer service. The prices are also reasonable. I would highly recommend, especially if you want well-made Canadian content.

Fantastic , friendly, patient, client-focused and fair-trade. I'm very grateful to Kristin B. who was very expert in her approach and suggestions for my fiancee's engagement ring. She incorporated my initial ideas with her skill, gladly responded and gave feedback during the design process, resulting in a very elegant and exquisite piece. To top it all off, knowing that the materials incorporated are conflict-free is a great reassurance. Thanks again, Kristin and the rest of the team at FTJCo!

My husband and I customized and purchased my engagement ring at FTJCO. Robin and the team worked with us and accommodated me at every level to make my dream ring a reality. I am so glad Ted and I had the opportunity to work with FTJCO and I’ll always remember you guys every time I see my sparkling ring (which is like, always). Thank you Robin and the team!

*******BEWARE!!!****** Hidden fees and insulant attitudes Doubled price rush fees Happily looses business because it "just works out better for them" Drive right on past!!! ****update**** Insinuatng a fake review Discrediting others and defending ones actions whilst hiding behind the fact of your words. Carry on and good luck with this online performance which validates my concerns that calling out a doubling of the overall price, questioning price of each component and asking to speak the owner would be considered in any way indicative of mistreatment. Poor business including: Poor ethics Poor customer service Poor problem solving skills Adds up to a lot of bad publicity for a worthy and justifiable cause How commendable Futilely mute though
