Not very good service for repairs. Said it would be finished in a week and it took almost a month. They kept saying it would be done this week and it wasn't done. An explanation for the delay would go a long ways. Poor communication although staff in store were very pleasant and workmanship was well done.

Overall, the service was outstanding. They were great at working with me on the design and exceeded expectations for schedule. We plan on returning for more jewellery in the future

Artistry in gold has been my go to jewelry store for new purchases and repairs for many years. I am always greeted with a welcoming smile when I enter the store. It's always nice to be remembered by name. When purchasing gifts for friends and family the staff always does their very best to help me with my gift buying. I always get the best value for my dollar with the highest standard of quality in workmanship. I would highly recommend artistry in gold for all you jewelry purchases and repairs .

Visited the store to ask about getting jewelry repaired. The Goldsmith assisted in quoting a price on 4 pieces. When I asked for a receipt to show what I was leaving he refused. He only offered a number which did not show the specific items I was leaving in his custody. I asked multiple times for a receipt but he refused. Something was not right. Do NOT trust this store.
