Always been easy and greeted every time I've entered the store. I didnt bring my paperwork with me twice to get my ring cleaned and they looked up my information without an issue and cleaned my rings. The ladies are always wonderful.

Run away, run far far away. I could write a story book about my experience. If you have something on lay away expect a wait time of at least 35-40 minutes to make your monthly payment in store. Once you can finally pay it off and special order the ring in the size required, they will give you the wrong size and then proceed to tell you they don't make the ring in the size needed. This is after you've already paid for it in full of course. I was asked multiple times if I had paid for the ring. They had no record of anything! Even while getting my money back they seemed skeptical on whether or not I paid for the ring (a lady a couple days before this had taken all of my receipts saying she would deal with the incorrect size issue) so I didn't even have proof that I paid. The whole experience was just unbelievable.

Horrible customer service. Never stood around so long to be helped before

Worst customer experience ever. My wife almost didn't have her ring for our wedding. What they promised would take 10 days took over 4 weeks. And they lost our item.......TWICE. I hear they have gotten a new manager since then. Which is good cause the old one was full of........ empty promises.
