This is the only place I buy my jewelry. I recently brought in a necklace purchased there which had a stone fall off, and they replaced the stone free of charge due the designers lifetime warranty. Always excellent service, knowledgeable and skilled staff, and just a pleasure to shop here. I highly recommend shopping here.

The Magpie staff were outstanding when we stopped by recently for a minor watch repair. Not only were they exceedingly kind but they did the repair on the spot and then did not charge us a cent for doing so. Definitely recommend dealing with Magpie for your jewelry needs.

The best jewelry store! My favourite necklace from Magpie has broken a few times. And everytime they have been more than happy to fix it. This last time it was fixed they absolutely out did themselves! A very nice man fixed it in about 15 minutes ; he was so nice about it. I would totally recommend their products and definitely their services.

I just had my girlfriend's engagement ring custom designed by Magpie. The experience was amazing - and if I could rate the team at Magpie over 5 stars, I would. My first contact was by email, where I reached out re: a specific type of grey diamond I was looking for. I worked with Rebekha over emails to bring-in a few stones for an in-person appointment. From there, I made my way into the store - and worked with the team on selecting the right stone, and designing my fiancé's ring. The time in-store was invaluable - as stones truly come to life in-person [and photos seldom do them justice]. Stephanie, my in-store consultant was absolutely amazing to work with on advice and style points I was otherwise oblivious to. The consultation lasted a good hour or more [big decisions!] and I left not only having selected the stone, but with a fully-designed, well-detailed concept for the ring. Within a few days the team had CAD drawings drawn-up for me [which is amazing for custom work!] to bring the design of the ring to life 'on-paper'. I left the store feeling 100% reassured, but [as is the case with major decisions] I got a few advice-curve-balls thrown at me from friends after my meeting, about types of rings I should've considered instead, etc... Cold feet and doubt set in, but Magpie's CAD designer Jude was gracious enough to render-out a few more ideas for me to look at. I ultimately ended up sticking with the original design we had decided-on in-store with Stephanie - and both my now-fiancé and I couldn't be happier. I think the coolest thing about this experience [and the reason I'm writing about it] is that I felt completely at-ease and in amazing hands the entire damn time. From the CAD drawings, to the offer to re-size the ring once we got it on her finger - the team even went as far to offer to work on the ring after it was smith'd in case my girlfriend wasn't 100% in-love with my design. The team was amazing and really took care of me the whole way. Custom rings [especially unconventional, engagement rings!] can be tricky...there are a lot of variables to think about. And if you're like me, you don't do this stuff very often - which means it can be a difficult learning curve to move through, no matter how much you read about stones or can sketch things out in your head. The amazing thing was how the team made it easy, and made it beautifully. Major thank you's to Rebekha, Stephanie, and Jude - and the entire Magpie team. I made the perfect ring at Magpie. And for that, I'll be forever grateful.
