Buy 2 gold chain, 10k...my neck is green and black every day, took them back to the store 4 weeks later and they told me that is too late Cz is 30 days refund policy, I can apply to return them but I will get “store credit” if they approved it but no money back, not recommend this jewelry

They always have a great selection, but the staff can be rather rude at times. They also seem to figure that if you come in dressed casual that you have no money and will not buy anything. I'm glad Ben Moss is back!

My exsperience with this store has veen terrible my faince bought my engenment ring here. The ring is gorgeous i will not disclose what he paid but he did not cheap out. So when a stone fell out of my halo after onky wearing the ring for 3 months i was upset. My ring took 2 weeks to come back which was okay i guess. I was excited to have my ring back and put it on without lokking at it However they put in some cheap dull stone that stuck out from the rest. I noticed at home and was going back till the next week so i called gave them a heads up on what happened. Before i had a chance to go back to Red Deer another stone from my halo fell out. They exspressed how sorry they were. My ring was sent away again. I went to pick it up and they couldn't find my ring. After panicking for 15 minutes and telling me my ring had already been picked up, they found my ring under a different name. The missing stone was replaced however the dull cheap stone was still there and wasnt replaced. So again my ring was sent away today and the 2 week waiting game starts again :(
