I had the pleasure of being assisted by Mrs. Nanette when purchasing an Omega watch last October. Needless to say, European Jewellery service exceeds my expectation. Mrs. Nanette is very knowledgeable with a great emphasis in hospitality, and not to push for hard sale (which is extremely important to me). Mrs. Marisa was very caring for the client as well. Overall it feels like European Jewellery actually cares for their clients, whether the client buys or just browsing for watches. That makes the big difference, I am sure everyone will feel great after visiting the boutique too. Louis

Great experience with Ryan, who took the time to help find the perfect watch. Ryan went out of his way to research several yet to be released models, and brought them into the store for viewing to make sure I was happy with no questions asked. Ryan made a great effort to make me feel welcome in the store, which was a fantastic contrast to some other stores within the very same mall. Mark also provided fantastic service during pick up. He took the time to explain and show the details of my new acquisition, while making sure the fit was perfect. Excellent service all round.

Last January Marisa and Susan assisted me in purchasing my Omega Dark Side of the Moon. As a woman without a watch "style", I wasn't sure what I wanted, and as they worked with me I quickly realized I was drawn to the more masculine pieces. They encouraged me and helped me, and made the process so easy. I debated back and forth, walked in and out the store more times than I remember, and each time they welcomed me and made me feel at home. My Dark Side and I have been inseparable since that day. Thank you to Marisa and Susan! Every time I go back to EB in Yorkdale, the team warming greets me, and every time Marisa is there she calls me by name, and introduces me to the rest of the team. I was in yesterday, as I'm on the hunt for a new piece, and I had the pleasure of meeting Ryan, who recognized my watch, and story. This team is passionate about helping clients find what they're looking for. Yesterday I was looking for a holiday gift, and ended up falling in love with a new Omega Aqua Terra, and a Tissot with the most vibrant blue strap. I love this team, the newly renovated store, and the service I receive both in and out of store! Jonathan, who's behind their social media is also a gem to deal with, and source information! You can't go wrong with purchasing from this team of warm, knowledgeable, and kind humans. You feel like an extended member of the family when you shop here!

Had an amazing experience with Norman at the Yorkdale location. I'd been seeking out a specific watch, and was dead set on picking it up, but he took the time and advised me to try on other similar models. Mostly less expensive than the model I was after. Definitely not a pushy sales environment. Norman took his time with me, explained the history of the brand I was interested in, and took care when helping me make my final decision. This is a great experience for the beginner watch collector, and top class for the experienced horologist. 6/5.

I referred to the European Jewelry Yorkdale in August for changing the batteries of me and my wife Omega watches. Mark was in charge for that service. He was excellent, very accurate and onetime. He also cleaned up the wrist bands beside of changing the batteries. Mark showed his great personality by giving his service with smile. I wish him all the best in his life and career.
