Top notch service from a sales staff that is not pushy and extremely helpful. I dealt with Abby and Jennifer whom were so nice and easy to deal with. They made buying an engagement ring for the love of life very stress free. We had a few design changes during the process and it turns out it was for the best as my fiancé cannot stop looking at her left hand. Thanks for the top notch service and look forward to coming back here for all my jewel and watch needs.

No return for REFUND!!!! Beware of all the fake reviews!!! The sales will trick you and play the word! So my friend brought me a gift from here. She was not sure if I like it or not, so she asked the sale if its ok to return, and that women said was yes ,no problem for returning. Unfortunately, I didn't like the gift or anything from the store, so we decide to go back and return it. Guess what, NO RETURN FOR REFUND! only exchange. What the store staff said was they would never lie to their customer about no refund. WOW, I was amazed how the sale women tricked my friend so much by playing the word! We were so upset about this, and the manager did not even trying to do anything, good job, and keep it up. I mean your store will not only lose our respect but we are so disgusted by your EXCELLENT SKILLS! Nor myself or my friend will ever shop there again, and I will make sure to spread my word of your excellency! WAIT.FOR.IT.

Shopping at European Jewellery in Sherway Gardens was a fantastic experience for me. The customer service is excellent! I had less than 2 weeks before my wedding to get a wedding band. They went the extra mile (special thank you to Abby) to ensure that I receive my ring on time since the one I chose had to be shipped from the States. They really came through for me, and saved me a lot of hassle. My wife was thrilled :). I shopped there a number of times previously, and have always been very happy with the quality of their products and customer service. Highly recommended.
