Exceptional customer service. I went in to Oliver Jewellery recently to sell some of my old gold and silver. I was served by Justin Oliver, and right from the start, he was very polite and personable, and treated me with respect. He was very patient and didn’t rush me when I had questions, and was very thoughtful in explaining things to me. On top of it all, he gave me a very fair and reasonable price for my jewellery. I would go back without hesitation, and I would recommend him and Oliver Jewellery to anyone selling or buying jewellery or accessories.

Thank you Justin Oliver! Today was my first time selling jewellery. You were so kind, helpful and super patient. It was a big decision for me to sell my pieces. And I left your store feeling great. Thank you for educating me. Thank you for your time and huge generosity. I am very appreciative.

I came in to sell some of my gold and I must say I got the best value here than any other place. Spoke with Justin, very personable and kind. He really cared enough to make sure I get what I wanted for my items. Highly recommend visiting here and seeing Justin for your inquiries.

I had a terrible experience dealing with these so called professionals. I went to the Vaughan location and they recommended I go to the Eglinton store which was a total waste of time. They took out the diamond from the ring to appraise it, as they said they must do which I don’t suggest you have anyone do that. I waited for 30 minutes which should of taken 15 minutes even though they said 5 minutes. They gave the worst offer of all places I checked and when I received my diamond back it wasn’t the same one. This company has been around a long time and you would think they would treat customers with a little more respect and honesty. Stay away from these thieves and tell all your friends to avoid this dishonest, disrespectful, and rude group of so called professionals. I think they get more training on how to rip people off instead of, proper training, being honest, and professionals. As soon as i walked in they made me an offer of $500 and by the time I walked out with my goods the offer went up to $1500.00. I guess there looking to suck blood if possible, unbelievable. I’d say that’s a big difference of offers and figure they will rip you off if they have a chance. STAY AWAY
