I took some jewelry to this place a while back. The guy in charge was very polite and a pleasure to work with. But the prices quoted were based on the melt value of the item minus 20% commission for the shop. It doesn't really matter if the item is vintage or not, or what the real value is. They kind of put you on the spot and you have to make a call. I sold some items but took the rest back as it was way lower than I could get elsewhere.

I came in with absolutely no knowledge on what i had. He took the time to explain it me carefully and was absolutely generous with his time! I couldn’t ask for a better experience. My day was horrible and they made it absolutely perfect. I would recommend this highly! Its family owned and you wont regret it! If i could give 10 stars. Would be here!

I had some rings and bracelets I wanted to sell and had a price in mind. Although we weren't able to make that happen, Andrew was a pleasure to deal with. A warm personality, very professional, explained the process in detail. I would definitely go back in the future and highly recommend dealing with Andrew. I gave 3 stars based on the fact that we were only $50 apart and they would not make the deal which was disappointing, but Andrew gets 5 stars for customer service.

I felt Andrew was fair and no pressure. I would recommend Oliver's for a fair price with excellent costumer service.
