Joanne Low was amazing. She was friendly courteous and very knowledgeable about all types of jewelry repairs. She not only provided excellent customer service in the repair department she could also find exactly what you were looking for. My impression was that the other sales personnel were dependent on her knowledge and resourcefulness in taking care of their customers.

Joanne is our “go to” salesperson when we are shopping for jewellery or in need of repairs. She is an absolute delight to deal with and is extremely knowledgeable and competent. If you are looking for someone who is both trustworthy and takes pride in her work, I would highly recommend seeking out Joanne.

Had a fantastic experience with the boutique. All credits to Clare, she was a great help and was readily available at all times. I had bought a swiss watch while sitting miles away from Toronto. Clare made the whole process so simple and straight forward that i felt comfortable purchasing the watch without even looking at it in person. Hats off to such brilliant and professional service. Keep up the good work guys.
