My mother recently gave me her engagement ring, which by that time had been reset to include the diamond from her mother’s engagement ring as well. I had one of the diamonds removed and gave it to my sister. With the ring now holding the remaining diamond and two tiny diamonds, I went to Palko Jewellery Design to see if they could reset the diamond somehow in the existing gold ring so it would look good. How wise of her to offer another option! I chose the one I liked best, having shown it to my mother by email. Today I picked up my beautiful, new sparkling ring, with its graceful, delicate lines. I was so happy I hugged both Chris and Carol. True customer service is a rarity these days. Carol and Chris offer a winning combination of sincere customer service and incomparable artistry.
