I have always wanted a Pandora bracelet. I am getting one for Christmas with a charm. The ladies were fantastic and showed us a lot of variations bracelets and charms. Very helpful in tailoring our purchase within our budget. Will definitely shop here again . Cannot wait to wear it.

First time in the store today, I intended to casually browse at rings. The young sales associate was nice but made me feel very uncomfortable. She was literally following me inch by inch and it felt like she was breathing down my neck. I know her intentions were to be helpful but she made me feel very awkward and I had to get out of the store ASAP. I asked to try a ring on just to try and get her off my back so I could breath for a minute. She meant well but maybe management could educate staff on customer service etiquette or something because I felt smothered!

not very good customer service my first time coming to Pandora store as i received bracelet as a gift from family awhile ago. I took back my old Pandora bracelet to fix clasp the first associate younger was very polite saying she would try to help me fix it she then brought over another older associate that worked there where she said your bracelet is very old we no longer can fix these bracelet clasps she was rude about it and looked at me like i was crazy trying to get it fixed the older associate then said to the other younger associate for her to show this women some of our safety clasp’s. I bought a safety chain only because the younger associate was nice to me and my daughter if i had first had experience with the older associate i wouldn’t have purchased anything as she was not friendly. I read Pandora offers repair service, which includes clasps replacement, fixing clasps, re-threading of charms, removing stuck beads and tightening clips and clasps. A small fee may be required for repairs made for items outside of the warranty or where there is no proof of purchase.

We came into the Oshawa Pandora hoping to exchange a bracelet we had bought from another location. The store manager would not allow us to do this because the exchange would be less than the value of the original product ($5 difference). The manager, Aaliya Lalani, claimed that because they are a franchise their finances are separate from other locations and therefore this is not allowed. However, our receipt (and all Pandora receipts) clearly states "If you are returning merchandise to any PANDORA store other than where it was purchased, you will be issued a store merchandise credit." This is exactly what we were trying to do - We just wanted to exchange the bracelet we had originally purchased for a different product that ended up being $5 cheaper, and so we wanted this $5 as a store credit to be used later on. Aaliya refused to allow us to have a store credit and was overall just very unreasonable and quite rude to us. We ended up leaving because she made us feel as though we were not smart enough to understand her. I called a different Pandora location and they were so kind and helpful, stating that yes this policy is in fact the true policy and we should be able to get the $5 as a store credit. We returned to the Oshawa location and re-explained our conversation with the other store and Aaliya went to the back to "call her district manager". She then said she would make an "exception" for us. However, it shouldn't be considered an exception if this is what the policy clearly states on the receipt. In the end, we did get the item we wanted but we were left with a very bad impression of this location.

Worst customer service, I had many problems with coming into the store and the staff not being able to help me. I spoke to customer care online and they had many solutions but as I ordered it in store I had to go in. The staff were just not friendly and made me not want to purchase anything in store ever again, online is the way to go!
