The store itself is nice but customer service needs to be improved with a few employees. That being said, Susan is wonderful to deal with and it’s worth waiting to speak with her.

I wish I could honestly rate less. This is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. My mom received a call about a ring she had sent in for repair being ready for pick up. I, already being at the mall thought id go see if i could pick it up for her and save her the trip. When I asked I was told I couldn't. And that would have been fine cause I understand the fact that they need to protect stuff from possibly being stolen. However, it was the way the lady said it. She looked at me with this smug expression and said "uh. Do you have a slip?" So I nicely explained the situation just for her to TURN HER BACK ON ME and say "no." Excuse me???? How about a "oh sorry, we can't do that because ______." It was just plain rude and disrespectful. But hey, at least I now know to NEVER recommend this store or ever shop there. 👌

I just bought my bridal set at this location earlier today. I went in 3 times and Susan was super helpful and patient. She explained my nickel allergy and made suggestions as to what I could do. She patiently let me try on anything and almost everything in the store dozens of times before we decided on a set. She was very friendly and I never felt pressured and rushed to buy. Will be going in for a resizing in the next few days. Hopefully that'll go as smoothly as the rest of my experience here.

Appalling customer service, my husband and I went in to people's, he was looking for a new wedding band, and I was taking in my rings for cleaning and inspection. Upon entering the store...there were a few customers there, and roughly 3 people working...after waiting 10-15 minutes a girl came up to us and asked if she could help...we said yes, we would like to look at the wedding bands....she looked at us and said " sorry, I can't help you, I don't have a key for the display, so you're going to have to wait for that girl there."....UMMMMM?!?!??!? Seriously??, you work here but have key????....then she walks away....to "help" someone else before I can tell her that I need my inspection done. After another 10-15 minutes the only employee with a key comes over and says she'll be with us in a few minutes...I tell her that I need my inspection done, she says ok no problem...calls the first girl back over to do my inspection....so I give my rings to the girl and inform her I lost my papers, and don't have them with me. She then says well I can't do the inspection without them..I then asked her " can't you look up my name?", she says " well I could, but I still need the papers"....I've given up completely by this point...I ask for my rings back...and at first she refused to give them back...3 times I had to repeat myself "give me my rings back" before she reluctantly gave them back to me. Then the only one with a key comes back and says I just have to cash these people out...and then I will be with you...my husband asked her how long did she think she would be...her reply " about another 10-15 minutes"....he said take your time..I'm leaving, we've only been waiting for 35 minutes at this point. She said she was sorry but they had someone call in sick. I don't care who called in sick...there were 3 employees in that store that day..but only 1 was earning her commission. The other girl was standing by the cash register and the one girl who didn't have a key and couldn't look up my information. I will never go back to people's....such poor customer service....the only one with the key could have said to the other customers...this girl will help cash you out, because we are short staffed...but NO...her commission was way more important, and you've lost us as returning consumers.

My boyfriend purchased a ring for my birthday here. After a few months of wear a gem popped out. He bought a lifetime warranty so I brought it back to be replaced. It took 3 MONTHS for them to repair it. Another gem feel out about a month later. Didn't bother the second time...
