Wouldn't go anywhere else!!!!

I have been shopping at Q's royal jewellery for several years now and I love that they are a family business. The staff are very nice and are knowledgeable. They carry quality products. I have boughten several pieces over the years. They always do a great job and I appreciate quality workmanship. I have even purchased my wedding rings for my wife and I which we love. There will always be a special place in my heart for this store and the people who own it and those who work there. This is a great store which you won’t regret.

best gold and diamonds

Great and amazing high quality gold and diamonds with magnificent prices. This jewellery store is the only jewellery store I will ever go to, they have the best items, prices, and staff. No one can beat them and the jewellery. If you ever need reliable and good quality gold and diamonds I highly recommend coming here. I never in my life have ever been so satisfied with purchasing gold and diamonds but this jeweler (Akram - the owner) changed my mind with excellent customer service, amazing quality jewelry and incredible prices. If you are getting into buying jewelry please you would not leave this store unsatisfied with your purchase!!

This store does fraud and is a rip off. They do services and do not claim it on tax by diverting funds to their personal email accounts. They refuse to provide a receipt and steal money. They tell you they are making you how you want it but is actually cheating you to take your money. once you cancel they take your money. They cussed me out over the phone and took my money. They are unprofessional. A man was smoking shisha and a next man was eating food and talking to me. NO MASK NO SOCIAL DISTANCING. They dont pay tax as well. PLease if you have encountered this service with them please send your report to CONSUMER PROTECTION canada and Canada BUSINESS BUREAU. Further, if they did service and did no charge tax report it to the CRA. Be aware. they do everything low grade and lie about the CT and Gold.

Complete trash, and liars

These guys are the the worst people to deal with, bad customers service, grillz don’t fit, took 3 months to get on diamond grill with 2 teeth. I had to threaten them With canceling the check to get them to respond. He talks nice until he gets your money and then all he’ll breaks loose. They had my order just sitting for a month. The brother said it’s been there for a while. I have all receipts and shipping info to prove there nothing but trash. We still haven’t received the package til this day, tracking number shows it was sent out a day or 2 ago regular mail. He said he next day services all orders. This guy is a mother fucking asshole.

The store owner is so nice. The place felt secure and the pricing was fair. I think other well known stores are much more marked up than him. The watches, rings, chains, and emblems were astonishingly pretty.

Sold me 10k gold as 14k. I got tested 2 different places and the diamonds were making 3 different sounds on the tester. Don’t buy from these crooks. They just hang up on you

My cousin ordered a bracelet in white gold, and they tried to give him yellow gold. Now I understand, mistakes happen, but either fix the mistake or give the money back, neither of which have they done. This has been going on for about a year, and they still will not even give him a refund and are basically says "too bad for you"... he doesn't even have the bracelet either. Don't trust them!
