Friendly staff, horrible prices. Saleswoman informed me that gold items were priced by weight... upon asking the weight of a piece and being given the price, it was about a 400% mark up on the actual weight value. Now I understand they cannot make money selling at spot price- but a 400% mark up is fairly excessive considering prices elsewhere. Went to the Pickering flea, got an identical piece- same style and weight- for approx 65% markup of spot value. If your an educated jewellery buyer don't even waste your time going in.

In March of this year the 17th to be exact I bought two rings one for $320 gold ring and I white gold ring with a single diamond setting it was represented as 0.40kt diamond . didn't have my reading glasses on and wasn't able to see what I thought was a scratch apon further investigation through a reputable jeweler I found out that it was 0.25 it diamond and the scratch was a crack rifht through not an inclusion.iwent to the store after talking to the owner who assured me that they have photos of everything they sell and the only receipt on record was my gold ring for $320 no record of the $1000 I spent on the other ring .I would never recommend doing business with this shady cough jeweler.he lies about the size of diamond and sells cracked low quality product s stay away from this store
