I visited this store 3 times in a short 2 hour period as I was thinking of buying a watch. The 2 ladies that helped me were very friendly and accommodating. But when I returned the 3rd time to actually buy a watch, a rude and unfriendly man came from the back, brushed the lady off who was helping me and imposed himself. I decided to buy the watch anyway but was then given a higher price and told that the lady that helped me made a mistake. I politely declined to buy the watch and walked away. I would advise caution when shopping here.

Ms Alice Lam was really helpfully and readily showed us different items. She explained what was the item and also the pricing. Thank you very much we loved your service.

The store rep whose name was ‘Sad_ _ _’ was nice and helpful but she didn’t allow me to look at the model number of two Seiko/Citizen watches I really liked, so I was unable to do some research on my own and come back later to make a decision on which one to buy. I found that rather bizarre, even sketchy, as all other stores let you do this and even let you take pictures so that you can make an informed decision. It was a dealbreaker for me as I would have bought one for sure; so for that I was very disappointed. Will avoid making purchases from here. I’ll stick to the Bay at the same mall, or online at Amazon. Decent selection though.

My husband took a watch in for repair. He was advised it would be sent out and be ready to pick up in 2 weeks. It was "ready" the next day. The watch broke again that same night while he was sitting watching television. I returned to the store with the broken watch asking for a refund. I was advised one could be done however it would have to go back on to the card used for payment. My husband returned again with the still broken watch and the receipt and the card. This time he was told that there were no refunds for service and that all pieces were needed for the repair (yes admittedly we had overlooked a piece and don't know where it went). Frustrated my husband crumpled the receipt tossed it at the counter and left. I then returned to the store card in hand, explained again that I had been advised yes we could get a refund, and no I did not have the receipt (because it was in the store somewhere (it was no longer on the floor where my husband said it landed). I was advised that yes the store could do refunds BUT only the manager has the key to override the register. I was too advised that there are no refunds for service (and it was pointed out on a sign on the register which was covered by other advertising), I tried to point out the fact that in reality service had never been performed but that point was mute and ignored not to mention the person I was dealing with spoke over me. I also asked for the receipt back (considering for a brief moment I might return when the manager was in) but was advised that it had been returned to my husband (note the statement above where I mention my husband threw it to the counter). My final statement as I too walked out of the store was that I know understood why the reviews for Obsessions were poor (we did some reading after my husband's experience) and that we would be escalating this further. At this point in time it seems that this review is our primary course of action but further research will be done
