Extremely loved my experience at this jewellery! I bought a watch but I didn't know wich one to take, the staff kept those 2 watches for me and told : take the night to think about it and come back tomorrow. Very professional and understanding people, Thank you Lynn!!

i have spent over $3,000 here and i have to say this jewellery store has the best staff. if you are looking for a person who knows there stuff and is extremely helpful and gets to know the customer on a personal level go and talk to Sue. she is simply the greatest.

I wish I could pick 0. Today on my lunch break I went to look at wedding bands. The first store I went into was Charm Diamonds. I don't like that store because of an incident yeaes ago but I thought I'd take a look. 5 sales people 2 of which helping customers the other 3 chatting to each other glared at me in my lulu pants, plain t-shirt with my hair in a ponytail, probably looking younger than 26. They looked away and kept talking. So I left. Went across the hall to Michael hill where I was the only customer. Looked at and tried on a few things. Nothing wowed me. So about 20 minutes later I went back to charm. Looked around on my own and got the same treatment by the same sales people. I then went down stairs to Peoples Jewellers where I was addressed right away and spent $4000.00 never judge a book by its cover.

The manager and staff are all helpful, knowledgeable and incredibly customer-focused. They know their products, understand their customers' tastes and budgets, and make the experience in the store a wonderful one. This is the best jewellery store around!
