Would give zero if I could! Zero because the product never came. I ordered some living lockets over a month ago and despite leaving numerous messages and sending emails, no reply at all. Nothing. Not a "it is running late" or "its been shipped" or really any explanation would have been better than being ignored. Thankfully, I can get a refund through visa but at this time of the year, I would have rather had the product. Based on the other review, it sounds like the product is shoddy so I probably dodged a bullet. I wanted to support a Canadian business but these guys are working part-time out of their garage with no supplies and zero customer service. STAY AWAY!

I decided on northern charms to purchase a gift for my mother because i wanted to support a canadian buisness but it wasnt a good choice. First of all, I ordered in november hoping to receive it by christmas, but it didnt come until dec 29th. Even after i talked to the owner and she said it was ready and going out to post the next day which was two weeks before christmas. Secondly, of the 7 charms i picked, 5 were wrong. I went through my receipt and checked the website to make sure it wasnt my mistake, and i was right. Third, one of the rhinestone letters was clearly missing a rhinestone (although i didnt even order rhinestone letters, i ordered plain gold) And lastly the owners of this buisness refuse to answer any phone or email message or the message ive left them on their website. These people are not accountable and obviously know they screwed up because they are ignoring me. Find another company to order your living lockets from!!!
